Ghosts are my favorite, but of your list I pick mummy. Mummies and ghosts are very similar in an undead way.
I like Frankenstein because he is so childlike. He's not as scary as a vampire. I hate vampires because they are scary and drink blood. Sick.
I like nice monsters like on Monsters Inc.
A Werewolf always seemed the coolest to me.

I like vampires because I like Edward from the Twilight series. But I think you looked really cool in your mummy costume last year, so maybe mummies are my favorites.

For me it is definitely a Vampire. Although my husband would choose one not on your list...zombie. But I think the Vampire is the least scariest because he/she is not gross looking, they are just normal humans...normal besides they drink blood and can't go out in the light...well, normal enough for me:) Good post!
